The Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher) Waiting List is now closed
If you had problems accessing your account, please fill out the form below with your Applicant Portal username and your email address. We will match the email address and the username to our Applicant Portal records. If a match is found and you are not added to the Housing Choice Voucher Program list, we will add you so you do not miss the lottery. We apologize for any inconvenience you encountered using our Applicant Portal, and we would like to work with you to make sure the portal works for you in the future. We will be directing all of our Housing Choice Voucher Program applicants to register for Applicant Portal accounts, as we will not be giving information over the phone, and all of your information regarding your waiting list status will be available in the portal. This form will be available until 11:00 PM on Monday, February 9, 2026.
Please take care entering your email address. It will be used to send an email to our HCVP staff. If the email is not in a valid format, e.g., someone@somewhere.com, the request will fail and the submission will generate an error.
TENTATIVE DATE FOR LOTTERY RESULTS
We will be releasing the results of the lottery on Friday, March 13. Please use your Applicant Portal account to track the status of your application, or to make changes to your application. If you cannot access your Applicant Portal account, please send an email to our Sr Network Admin, Jeff Kier at jkier@achousing.org.
