The Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher) Waiting List Lottery results now available.
The ACHA HCVP Department has randomly sorted the list of the 6791 applications that were received between February 4th and February 9th 2026. The top 2000 applicants on the list will continue to have their application status as "Placed on Waiting List" and will receive futher information on obtaining their voucher. Applicants outside the top 2000 have a status of "Disqualified by lottery", and are terminated from the HCVP 2026 waiting list.
Important Information for Applicants
At this time, all applicants are required to log into their applicant portal account and review their application. The applicant portal link is available on our website, www.achsng.com, under Applicant Resources. If you have already created your account, please select “Log In.” If you have not yet registered, select “Register an Account” to access and view your application.
If you currently have more than three (3) active sites selected, you must decide which three sites you are most interested in. Please select “Take Me Off This List” to remove yourself from any additional site lists.
Failure to log in and view or update your application by March 30, 2026 will result in your application being removed from all waiting lists. You will then be required to submit a new application.
