FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
In accordance with asset management principles, the ACHA Facilities Management Department (Maintenance) services the needs of ACHA properties.
Facilities Management supervises and operates a work order system to dispatch Maintenance Specialists for preventative maintenance and resident requests.
- Manage functions and operations of all trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painters, Carpenters, Plasterers)
- Maintain budget control and cost-effective solutions to maintain and service ACHA properties
- Service & repair ACHA properties in preparation for Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) physical inspections conducted by HUD
- Effectively utilize ACHA resources to service and maintain ACHA property
- Communication and coordination with Property Managment & Operations

ACHA's union tradesmen provide manpower, talent & skill services necessary to repair, maintain, and renew the quality of life of buildings, systems, and sites while providing tenants with a safe and comfortable living environment.

WORK ORDER SYSTEM
