REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
The Allegheny County Housing Authority ("Authority") is inviting statements of qualifications from firms that have experience in acquiring and renovating single-family homes in Allegheny County (each, a "Respondent"). The Authority desires to enter into an arrangement with the selected Respondent or Respondents ("Developer") whereby the Developer will locate, acquire, and renovate, as necessary, single-family homes with a minimum of two (2) bedrooms located in Opportunity Census Tracts and High Performing School Districts within Allegheny County ("Properties")

There will not be a Prequalification meeting;
Deadline for questions will be Friday, June 12th, 3:00 PM
Deadline for Submission of Qualification is Friday, June 17th, 3:00 PM at the Allegheny County Housing Authority Main Office. The Authority encourages responses from Section 3 business concerns, small firms, minority firms and firms that have not previously performed work for the ACHA. The Allegheny County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.
